We have worked with B&W for over 15 years and are very pleased with the quality of their work as well as the responsiveness, knowledge and professionalism of their customer service.  They always work with our typically tight and complex scheduling needs.  As a cataloger, we use them to print millions of pieces for us including various inserts, envelopes and order forms. We discovered B&W Press almost 14 years ago thanks to the recommendation of a mail order company in the US. Since that time, we have literally been an exclusive order form customer of B&W for a variety of reasons.

PRICE: We continue to be amazed by the tremendous value we receive for the prices charged by B&W. In fact, their quotes look more like a trade printer than regular retail. As a result, we've recommended B&W on several occasions to our other printers as a very economical source for order forms and ‘formvelopes’.

DETAIL: The attention to detail that B&W pays to each job we send their way is fantastic. As everyone knows, a catalogue's order form is a very important piece of any publication and these days with so many offers, department codes, shipping tables and expiry dates, it's critical that all this information is correct and that the proper number of versions are printed and delivered on time. We're pleased to say that this has always been the case since our very first print job with them in 1999. As late as we are in delivering our artwork to B&W, they have never missed a delivery deadline at the various printers we have our product shipped to.

QUALITY: We have almost always printed full color order forms that frequently have the requirement of numerous color photographs and graphics. We have always been highly satisfied with their color reproduction and the excellent way in which they deliver proofs and take painstaking efforts to ensure that every fold, every perf, every spot tack and every detail is confirmed by us before going on press.
